Good morning everyone… Late last night I saw my first Kalahari aardvark, it was great though I could only get a tail sticking out its hole!!! HaHa! Now I have to wait another 10 years to see the rest! It was a special moment, seeing its Noa’s favourite animal! The aardvark is nocturnal and is a solitary creature that feeds almost exclusively on ants and termites. Aardvark emerges from its burrow in the late afternoon or shortly after sunset, and forages over a considerable home range encompassing 10 to 30 km.
